The Four Seasons Detox Membership is for the individual seeking a full elegant experience in community, healthy living, & exploration into art therapy, nutrition, fitness, & what it is to embody the art of beauty in wellness . Journey through the four seasons in a quarterly themed detox challenge, recipes, date night themes, creativity sessions of art to calm the nervous system & balance your body. Participate in follow along sessions in clean beauty, cooking, workouts, & of course, intentionally created space to live holistically & elegant in essence for your ultimate health & wellness in mind.

This package is great for the individual who desires a deep dive into their health. Expect structure & customized guidance as the client journeys through their holistic health path. As the client works 1:1 with Rachel, they will fill out an initial health intake form which helps us to specifically understand their history, their desires, and their needs to reach their goals. Additionally, the client will have lab testing assessed based upon functional and optimal ranges to detect red flags and root cause patterns. The client will receive customized lifestyle, dietary & supplement protocols. They have the option to add on any additional functional medicine lab testing &/or fitness programming should they choose.
