She specializes in holistic root cause healing & art therapy, supporting her clients to refine & improve their digestive health, physique, skin health, reverse-aging, and hormonal balance for good. Rachel approaches her practice virtually through one-on-one coaching services. She also provides featured courses, workshops, conferences, the four seasons detox membership, & travel for bridal & wedding experiences upon request.
