I will place the order for the labs. They are mailed directly to your home, where you will complete them, and then return them in the mail using the return label provided. Please allow 4-6 weeks from the date you mailed the labs in for results to be provided.

The functional medicine labs will vary time-wise as well as vary from person to person and where they are at in their wellness journey. If you would like to re-run a specific test, Rachel is happy to go over the details on that to get the answers you need.

While time of healing varies from person to person, I typically work with clients for a minimum of 3-6 months. A good rule of thumb is for every year you’ve experienced symptoms, expect one month of healing for each. Healing the body takes time and true health isn’t achieved overnight, so be prepared to embrace the journey!

I do not accept insurance for my services or for any functional medicine lab testing or blood work. All expenses are out of pocket.

Unfortunately, I cannot order functional medicine labs for clients who live in New York. As of now I do not take international clients.

Yes, I offer payment plans for 1:1 Coaching. You have the option to pay in full or make 2 equal payments billed monthly. I do not offer a payment plan on the lab review only service, as this is a one-off appointment.

I am not a doctor and do not diagnose, treat or cure disease. The testing options offered in my practice are not used as a diagnostic tool, but rather look for potential red flag and imbalances. The diagnosis of a health condition can only be provided by a qualified medical professional.
